I'm a product manager who believes traditional product management is dead.

No more product (design) reviews, endless PRDs you circulate for feedback, stakeholder bullshit management.

PMs now must open their Claude Code, or whichever tools they prefer, and prototype.

Bonus if they can design as well. "What did you ship this week?" is a question product managers should now ask themselves when they reflect on their impact.

I'm currently on this path. It's good. Starting all over again. 2026 goal: build products that generate $100K ARR.

Now in Singapore. Before that: China, Denmark, Hong Kong, France.
