Is this like Tiago Forte’s Second Brain?

Same idea, different execution. Tiago’s version from 2022 required you to be the librarian, manually tagging and organizing every note. This is the 2026 version: Claude is the librarian, you just ask questions. You never touch a tag.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You need a Mac and you need to be willing to hand me your raw data. I do everything else. The final product is a folder you open with Claude, that’s it.

What data can go in?

Anything you have as files or can export: documents, notes, exported Slack/WhatsApp, emails, call transcripts, course material, past client work, social media exports. If it exists on your Mac or can be downloaded, it can go in.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude Projects?

Those give you a chat window with a blank slate, or a small uploaded context. This gives you a structured, compiled knowledge base that grows over time, tailored to how your specific business works. The difference is schema and compilation, the part nobody else does for you.
